Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st November 2025

At Wonky Detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services and ensuring our customers are satisfied with the final result. Please review our refund policy below.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please inform us before the detailer leaves or within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a return visit to correct any reasonable concerns at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not issued once a service has been completed, as the products and labour involved cannot be recovered. However, in exceptional circumstances where the service has not been delivered as agreed, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

Deposits

Any deposits paid for scheduled services are non-refundable if you cancel, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances outside of your control and is agreed upon by Wonky Detailing.

If we must cancel or postpone a booking (e.g., due to weather), deposits will be carried forward to a new appointment date.

Vehicle Condition & Results

Detailing results vary depending on:

  • Age and previous condition of the vehicle

  • Levels of staining, wear, or damage

  • Condition of paint, fabric, or leather

  • Prior repairs or coatings

We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odours, scratches, or defects, but we will always provide the highest level of care and professionalism.

Aftercare

Once the service is complete, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow any recommended aftercare instructions. We cannot refund issues arising from improper care after completion.
