Wonky Detailing provides on-site vehicle detailing services as described on our website or in written communication. The scope, pricing, and duration of services will be confirmed before work begins.

Bookings & Enquiries

All service bookings or enquiries must be submitted through our enquiry form, email, or phone. Booking confirmations will only be provided once the service details are agreed.

Pricing

Prices listed online may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and any additional work required. Any changes to pricing will be discussed and approved before work continues.

Vehicle Condition

Customers must disclose relevant information about the vehicle’s condition (e.g., severe stains, pet hair, damage). Additional charges may apply if extra time or products are required.

Wonky Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage such as scratches, tears, corrosion, or worn interior components.

Personal Items

Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment. Wonky Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

Liability

We take great care when working on every vehicle. However, we will not be liable for:

• Existing wear and tear

• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our service

• Damage caused by misuse after completion

Paint correction and machine polishing are carried out professionally, but results can vary depending on paint age, condition, and prior repairs.

Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept Cash & BACS payments. Failure to pay may result in additional collection costs.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Short-notice cancellations may result in a fee to cover lost time.​

​

Use of Images

With permission, we may take photographs or videos of vehicles before and after services for our website or social media. Personal information such as number plates will be removed or obscured.

Changes to Terms

Wonky Detailing may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website.
